As Operations Manager at Sarah Bice & Associates Real Estate, LLC, Alice ensures the completion of critical tasks that allow our firm to process a high volume of clients, while maintaining optimum quality of service. Alice grew up in Ellicott City, Maryland and attended Towson State University where she earned her BS degree in Business Administration. She and her husband married and moved to the west coast, where they lived in Portland, OR for 8 years. They decided that Richmond was the ideal place to raise their three sons and have been here now for 16 years.

When you ask Alice about her main passion in business, she will say "Customer Service." Over the years, she has won several awards for "Outstanding Customer Service" and finds great joy in listening, understanding, and providing solutions for the clients of Sarah Bice & Associates Real Estate, LLC.
